Kézi váltó felújítása

...A váltó maga is ki tudja mikor volt hozzányúlva belülről, én még nem bontattam fel, nem is volt vele semmi baj... eddig. Napok óta kutatom a netet de semmi támasz.

Ebben a részben van a lényeg! A motorolaj cserét mindenki szajkózza, bezzeg a váltóolaj és diffiolaj legtöbbeknél valami peremvidék. Pedig manuálisnál szinte fillérekből és könnyen megoldható.
Szóval már valószínű, hogy késő, mert valami végletesen szétkopott benne. Kíváncsi lennék mennyi és milyen állapotú olaj van most benne.

Persze, bár én felújítani nem fogom már. Érdekes módon azóta megszűnt és ugyanolyan mint előtte...

még a nyáron kuplung és lendkerék cserével egybekötve részben meg lett csinálva a váltóm is, viszont két hibajelenség nem szűnt meg: az egyik, hogy minimálisan, a korábbinál sokkal kevésbé de még mindig remeg a váltókar, illetve a kar ugyan középen áll, de az ötös irányába nincs rendes ellenállása. Ha egyesbe szeretném tenni, "ellenáll" és olyan erővel kell kimozdítani középről, ahogy azt elképzeltem, ötös irányába viszont a hármas síkjából félútig ellenállás nélkül megy, majd egy picit ellenállást követően érkezik az ötös síkjába. Ettől függetlenül négyesből minden probléma nélkül tudom egy egyszerű mozdulattal előretolni hármasba (nem úgy, mint a felújítás előtt, kész művészet volt betalálni a hármast), így ez a második hiba csak akkor érzékelhető, ha ötösbe kívánok váltani.

Felderítettem, hogy mik lettek pontosan cserélve (nem sikerült képet betenni így a topic első hozzászólásából idézek):

El lett végezve az első művelet és a kar szépen középen is áll:

"Az első művelet leírását az RA 23 11 565 tartalmazza. Ehhez kell egy javítókészlet, aminek a száma 23 11 7 542 726 (nincs benne az ETK-ban). Ebben két hüvely, két zéger gyűrű és két kupak van. A javításhoz ajánlott még a rugók (11-es és 13-as), illetve a dugattyúk (12-es és 14-es) cseréje."

A kettes művelet nem lett elvégezve:

"A kettes művelet leírását az RA 3923-23330 tartalmazza. Kell három darab javítókészlet (28-as), illetve 3 db kupak (25-ös). Ehhez nem kell semmilyen speciális szerszám, a leírás alapján gyorsan meg lehet csinálni. Ez az 1/2, a 3/4 és az 5/R sebességekbe rakást lehetővé tevő kis rugók és dugattyúk cseréjéről szól"

Illetve a kar lötyögős voltára vonatkozóan javasolt alkatrészek közül nem lett cserélve a 13-as alkatrész.

Kérdésem, ha ezek alapján valaki átlátja a helyzetemet, van-e tipp arra, hogy mit kellene még tenni, hogy az ötös felé is legyen rendes ellenállása a karnak, illetve, hogy egyáltalán ne remegjen maga a váltókar? Köszi előre is!
